I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for the brilliant job you did of producing our Team Day T-Shirts.  You provided a quote promptly – and the price was really sharp.  We appreciated your ideas as they helped us come up with a unique design that everyone loved.  You pulled out all the stops to get the t-shirts printed in a really tight timeframe (sorry for doing that to you!).  And your calm and reassuring manner meant we were never in any doubt that you’d deliver – which you did!  The quality of the t-shirts was high and the printing and embroidery was flawless.

After our event, we surveyed the 33-strong team and the feedback was overwhelmingly that the t-shirts were “absolutely awesome” – with many saying they would definitely wear them again and one even wanting to order another one!  That’s pretty cool for a corporate t-shirt that would normally end up at the bottom of a dresser drawer!

In our area of the organisation (Business Improvement) we work with the business to make our processes and services better for our customers – and as a result, we tend to be more critical than some on service we experience ourselves.  Our experience with you was faultless!  You’re doing a terrific job!
